JSE-listed Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded an agreement to acquire a further 300 000 Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat) shares, constituting about 0.10% of RBPlat’s shares in issue.
The effective date of the acquisitions will be on or around July 25.
This follows previous offers by Implats to RBPlat shareholders in January, February, March and April.
After the aforementioned trades are implemented, Implats will hold about 37.93% of RBPlat’s shares in issue.
