Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) announced on June 30 that the final condition precedent to it offer to acquire Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat) had been fulfilled.
The fulfilment of the final condition – the JSE's approval of the listing of the maximum offer consideration shares – means the offer is now unconditional.
Implats' offer to RBPlat shareholders will close on July 21 at 12:00.
