Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to acquire a further 223 000 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
The shares represent about 0.08% of RBPlat's shares in issue and will take Implats' stake in RBPlats to 56.18%.
