Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to acquire a further 78 253 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
The shares constitute about 0.03% of RBPlat's shares in issue.
Once the share trades are implemented, Implats will hold about 40.49% of RBPlat's shares in issue.
