Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to acquire a further 547 346 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
Those shares represent about 0.19% of RBPlat's shares in issue and take Implats' shareholding in RBPlat to 56.3%.
