Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to acquire a further 591 071 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
That represents about 0.20% of RBPlat's shares in issue and takes Implats' overall shareholding in RBPlat to 55.73%.
