Russell King has stepped down as chairperson of Hummingbird Resources.
He had been chairperson since November 2014.
Hummingbird has initiated a search for a suitable chairperson to guide and support the next stage of the company's growth and transition to a multi-mine operation.
In the interim, CEO Daniel Betts will assume the role of interim executive chairperson and CEO.
