TSX-V-listed minerals explorer HighGold has closed its spin-out transaction pursuant to which the company’s Ontario and Yukon exploration properties have been spun out to Onyx Gold.
HighGold transferred all the outstanding common shares of Epica Gold, the subsidiaries owning the properties, to Onyx Gold.
HighGold’s flagship asset is the Johnson Tract gold/zinc/copper project, in south-central Alaska.
