Juniors Golden Predator Mining and Viva Gold on Monday announced that they have terminated an agreement whereby Golden Predator would have bought Viva Gold.
The termination was mutually agreed, the companies said in a statement, without divulging more information.
The arrangement, announced in March, would have joined advanced stage gold development projects in Nevada, US, and Yukon, Canada.
Golden Predator said that it would continue to advance its Brewery Creek project, in Yukon, through the permitting renewal process.
