HSE Director Charleen Kruger is a respected long-term employee of Fluor in South Africa, an American multinational engineering, procurement and construction firm. Kruger is responsible for managing health, safety & environmental (HSE) for the Africa region.
Her levels of responsibility include the development and implementation of HSE management systems; review of HSE metrics and incident causation; approval of contractor HSE plans and conducting corporate HSE audits and leadership training.
