LSE-listed Ferrexpo has partially resumed production activities at its operations in central Ukraine, the iron-ore pellet producer announced on Tuesday.
The company suspended production in October, following Russian missile strikes on State-owned electrical infrastructure.
Ferrexpo reported that the supply of power to its operations, however, remained variable and limited, which had an impact on the effectiveness of production. As a result, the group is drawing down on its stockpiles of finished iron-ore products to maintain supplies to its customers.
The company stated that it had sufficient stockpiles to meet customer demand.
