Canadian gold miner Equinox Gold has announced its intention to list on the NYSE American stock exchange to enhance its presence in the US, where its Mesquite mine and Castle Mountain project are located.
Equinox expects its common shares to start trading on the NYSE American next Monday.
The company will continue trading on the TSX-V.
Concurrent with the start of trading on the NYSE American, Equinox’s common shares will cease trading on the OTC Markets.
