TSX-listed Endeavour Mining anticipates to declare a maiden resource estimate at its Kari West deposit during the fourth quarter, while Kari Center discoveries are expected to be announced around the same time.

The company has drilled more than 104 000 m over the Kari gold-in-soil anomaly since late 2018, totalling around 300 000 m of drilling since 2017.

The Kari discoveries form part of the Houndé mine, in Burkina Faso.

About 85% of the holes encountered in the drill programme to date have shown meaningful mineralisation.

Kari West now extends over an area that is 1 000 m long and 500 m wide and remains open at depth and to the east towards the Kari Pump deposit.

Kari Pump’s near-surface mineralisation, in turn, has been extended 700 m to the northeast and 900 m towards Kari West and remains open.

The Kari Center deposit now comprises two mineralised zones; one zone extends 1 300 m along strike and is 300 m wide, and remains open at depth and to the east towards Kari Pump; a newly discovered zone extends 2 100 m along strike and across a width of more than 400 m, remaining open at depth and to the south.
