Canada-based Eldorado Gold on Monday announced first-quarter preliminary gold production of 111 742 oz, which the miner said was in line with its 2021 yearly guidance of 430 000 oz to 460 000 oz.
The Kisladag mine, in Turkey, contributed the bulk of production with output of 46 172 oz, while Lamaque, in Canada, produced 28 835 oz and Efemcukuru, in Turkey, delivered 23 298 oz.
Olympias, in Greece, added 13 437 oz to the preliminary quarterly total.
Eldorado will publish its first quarter financial and operational results on April 29.
