David Brown Santasalo began business as David Brown Gear Industries in South Africa in 1947 and has since delivered gear systems for industrial applications in a range of industries.

From its mining centre of excellence in Benoni, David Brown Santasalo offers a full line of robust drive solutions designed to meet the intense needs of mining and minerals processing, including conveyor drives, mill drive systems, girth gears, stacker reclaimer gears and slurry pump drives.
