System boosts operation

HIGHLY ACTIVE HPE’s McCloskey conveyor systems have been designed for high productivity and easy mobility in many industries

Equipment supplier High Power Equipment (HPE) Africa’s McCloskey conveyor systems, which complement HPE’s range of crushing and screening plants, have been designed for high productivity and easy mobility in many industries.

“Benefits of McCloskey stackers include efficient operational costs, reduced material costs for every ton, improved material quality and enhanced safety on site,” states HPE Africa’s McCloskey product manager Rasheel Sukdhoe.

TS4080 tracked stackers have been designed to ensure that the stockpiling process is as fast and efficient as possible. These units allow operators to stockpile or transfer material, directly from mobile crushing and screening plants.

With a 36.5 kW engine, as well as belt lengths of 23 m and 77 m and a width of 1 m, these mobile units offer a stockpile capacity of 1 685 m3, stockpile height of up to 11 m and a production capacity up to 450 t/h.

They

can also be containerised for transport, substantially reducing transport costs.

The TS4080 track conveyor, with 4 m tracks for enhanced manoeuvrability and stability, has a fuel-efficient hydraulics system and a hydraulically adjustable feed-in height to complement crushing and screening plants. For added efficiency, this unit has a fully skirted tail section.

HPE Africa’s range of McCloskey equipment – comprising jaw, cone and impact crushers; trommel and vibrating screens, stacking conveyors and washing systems – have been designed for easy operation, high efficiency, low maintenance requirements.
