JSE- and TSX-V-listed Buffalo Coal will host its annual general meeting on July 16 by teleconference.
Buffalo, led by CEO Emma Oosthuizen, holds a majority interest in two coal mines in Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal – Magdalena and Aviemore.
The company’s 70%-owned Magdalena mine has, however, been under care and maintenance since October 2018, while the wholly-owned Aviemore mine continues to produce anthracite coal for the domestic and international markets.
