Exploration and development company Bluejay Mining has announced the resignation of executive chairperson Rod McIllree from the board of directors.
The company said that it had withdrawn the resolution seeking his re-election at the annual general meeting on Thursday.
Bluejay’s most advanced project is the Dundas ilmenite project, in Greenland.
