Total proven and probable mineral reserves as at December 31, 2020, were estimated at 284-million tonnes grading 1.3 g/t gold.

Resources
Total mineral resources as at December 31, 2020, were estimated at 401-million tonnes grading 1.3 g/t gold.

Mining Method
Conventional shovel-and-truck openpit operation.

Major Infrastructure and Equipment
The mine includes a mill with a capacity of more than nine-million tonnes a year.

Prospects
Polyus has started the construction of Mill 5, a new mill at Blagodatnoye. The project will allow for an increase in ore processing volumes of eight-million tonnes by 2025, achieving a total throughput capacity of 17-million tonnes a year at the Blagodatnoye complex.

The launch of Mill 5 is planned for 2025. The project will also include adjusting the mining processes at Blagodatnoye by introducing an in-pit crushing and conveying system. As a result, the gold output at Blagodatnoye may increase by 390 000 oz.
