PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Gold developer Bellevue Gold has received the final permit for its namesake gold project in Western Australia.

The company this week announced that it had received the tailings facility and water storage permits for the gold project from the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.

Construction and underground development of the Bellevue project was running on time and budget, the miner said, with first production set for the December quarter of this year.

During the first 12 months of commercial production, the Bellevue project is forecast to produce between 180 000 oz and 200 000 oz at an all-in sustaining cost of A$1 000/oz to A$1 100/oz.
