Quebec- and Ontario-focused explorer Beaufield Resources has announced the resignation of its president and CEO, Ronald Stewart, who is leaving the company to “pursue other opportunities”.
His resignation is effective with immediate effect, the TSX-V-listed exploration firm said on Friday.
Chairperson George Mannard is interim CEO.
Beaufield is being bought by Osisko Mining.
