Covid Connections

Since inception, the division has already co-created ground-breaking solutions such as the COVIDConnect solution for the Department of Health (DoH).

Last month, BCX and the DoH partnered to launch the contact tracing technology that aims to fast-track the containment of Covid-19.

COVIDConnect uses several data sources from laboratories, healthcare facilities and screening services offered through WhatsApp to locate primary infected individuals, as well as close contacts.

The solution provides the DoH with a visual of the most affected areas in the country.
