Diversified miner and explorer Bauba Resources is undertaking a process to appoint a suitable successor to its chairperson and two independent nonexecutive directors.
Nonexecutive director and chairperson Nico van der Hoven has resigned from his positions on the board with effect from July 30, while Nick van der Hoven has resigned as executive director, but he will remain as CEO.
Independent nonexecutive directors Martin Luyt and Damian Smith have also resigned, with effect from the same date.
