TSX-V-listed Strategic Resources has issued 1 166 666 shares to fellow-listed Aurion Resources, which fulfils the requirements to earn 100% ownership in the Silasselkä property in Finland.
The issuance increases Aurion’s ownership in the vanadium-focused company from 16% to 18.3%.
