Aim-listed Atlantic Lithium on November 22 welcomed further investment by Assore International Holdings, which now has voting rights of 25.06% of the Africa-focussed lithium explorer and developer.
Atlantic Lithium executive chairperson Neil Herbert welcomed the investment and said Assore was “showing their commitment to the company and their active involvement and support in developing Ghana’s first lithium mine”.
