Auction of mining and construction items by GoIndustry DoveBid

GoIndustry DoveBid has a very busy November calendar coming up, with auctions spanning multiple industries, from Property, to Agriculture, to Mining.

Closing the October calendar is an online auction on behalf of Assmang Khumani Iron Ore, which is featuring 950H and 994F CAT front end loaders, a CAT D10T bulldozer, a CAT 777D water tanker truck and a Cummins diesel engine. This auction is closing on Thursday, 31 October 2019.

Of special interest in the second week of November, are 3 online mining and construction auctions, which are set to offer a wide array of assets to interest anyone in these industries. GoIndustry will be auctioning scaffolding and formwork components, on behalf of PERI Formwork Scaffolding Engineering, closing on 13 November. This is followed on 14 November by their popular mining and construction multi-vendor auction as well as an online auction of steel cut to length lines, slitting machines and guillotines, by order of Tata International Metals, has been set.

“The multivendor auction will be by order of big names such as Exxaro, Assmang Black Rock and Skorpion Zinc Mine,” says GoIndustry DoveBid project manager, Francois du Toit. “Over 250 lots will be featuring on this auction, including Euclid-Hitachi EH4500 dump trucks, a CAT 740B ADT, multiple transformers, a  ±2140m² prefab site camp consisting of 9 buildings and much more. “This is our 53rd multi-vendor online auction, which the online auction platform has proven to suite perfectly. This sale method allows multiple vendors to add their assets onto one sale, no matter which province the items are situated in. Bidders can then bid on these assets, even if they reside in a completely different province. There is no need to spend an entire day bidding at a separate location,” du Toit continues.
