Aim-listed Armadale Capital has successfully raised £500 000 through the placing of about 27-million new ordinary shares at 1.8p apiece.
The proceeds will allow the company to complete a definitive feasibility study at the Mahenge Liandu graphite project, in Tanzania.
Armadale is also progressing talks around project-level construction financing with third parties.
