The board of Irish explorer Arkle Resources has accepted the resignation of nonexecutive director Michael McNeilly, the Aim-listed company said on Tuesday.
“The board would like to thank him for his contribution in recent years and wish him well in his other ventures.”
Arkle, which explores for gold and zinc in Ireland, traded 7% lower at 1.25p a share on Tuesday afternoon.
