Phosphate development company Arianne Phosphate has appointed Raphael Gaudreault, previously of Iamgold, as COO, while Jean-Sebastien David will continue in an advisory role.
Arianne says Gaudreault has extensive knowledge of its Lac a Paul project, in Quebec, having previously worked at the company as mining director.
“Raphael is an experienced engineer with an intimate knowledge of the Lac a Paul project. His appointment is extremely well timed as the company moves from geologically-based work to matters involving the development phase of the project. Given Raphael’s past experience on the project will mean no transitional delays,” comments executive chairperson Dominique Bouchard.
Arianne CEO Jeffrey Beck adds that David’s work on Lac a Paul was instrumental in advancing it to a fully-permitted project.
