Aim-listed explorer and developer Ariana Resources has been granted a three-month extension for the reporting and filing of its financial results, for the period ended December 31, 2019.
The company has to file its results by no later than September 30.
MD Dr Kerim Sener said on Monday that, owing to travel restrictions within Turkey, the audit process, which started towards the end of March, remained under way.
He added that while the Turkish audit was complete, the company’s auditors were working on completing the final group audit in July 2020.
As a result, Ariana Resources is currently expecting to hold its annual general meeting in August, which is likely to be held virtually.
