PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Triple-listed SSR Mining has announced the retirement of chairperson Michael Anglin after serving 15 years on the company’s board, with Anglin saying he would not stand for re-election at the company’s 2024 annual general meeting (AGM).
The board of directors has unanimously appointed president and CEO Rodney Antal as the company’s new executive chairperson. Anglin will take on the role of lead independent director until the company’s AGM next year.
Upon Anglin’s retirement, a new lead independent director will be appointed.
