JSE-listed Anglo American Platinum (Amplats) has postponed its annual general meeting (AGM) to June 25.
The postponement is the result of the national lockdown in South Africa that will be implemented from midnight on March 26 to April 16.
Amplats will closely monitor how matters develop over the coming weeks.
