Established in 1958 by William Robert Walker, Walker Machine Tools is a specialist supplier of new and used machines. The company focuses on helping its clients find the right machine to suit individual requirements.

Walker Machine Tools supplies engineering and metalworking machinery, including lathes, milling machines, drill mills, drills, radial arm drills, bandsaws, surface grinders, workshop presses, slotting machines, boring machines, pipe benders, guillotines, pressbrakes, plate rolls, section rolls, croppers and ironworkers, box and pan folders, eccentric presses, feeders, plasma cutters, laser cutters, computer-numerical controlled (CNC) lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC production machines.

With over 50 years of experience in the industry, Walker Machine Tools prides itself on its service and backup, with a strong team of sales and service technicians and a full spares department.

At the end of 2013, Walker Machine Tools delivered South Africa’s first fully automated wind tower plate rolling line. DCD Dorbyl ordered the DAVI wind tower rolling machine from Walker Machine Tools.

The company operates from 7 Brand road, Westmead, in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and Unit 2E 56 Kelly road, Jet Park, in Boksburg, Gauteng.
