Privately-owned multi-disciplinary company TerraStruc has been in operation since 1998, offering a diverse range of workable, cost-effective solutions backed by a team of experts with extensive market experience.

Teams based in three regional offices support the group’s operations in the Middle East, southern Africa and the Caucasus.

TerraStruc’s renewable energy division, TerraStruc Energy Services, was created in 2015 and centres on the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems. Solutions are available for exporting power to utility grids, various off-grid applications as well as hybrid systems powering microgrids.

TerraStruc was one of the first companies to be enrolled under the Shams Dubai initiative as a solar PV installation and maintenance contractor and has since connected close to 1 000 PV systems to the national grid. TerraStruc designs and installs PV systems

on residential, industrial/commercial and utility-scale projects. TerraStruc also offers operation and maintenance services, ranging from periodic inspection and cleaning of PV panels to performance monitoring and security of solar farms.

TerraStruc’s specialised teams have designed and installed a range of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for commercial and residential use, including the installation of multiple charging stations for Porsche Middle East. It is also the proud installer of the region’s first DC fast charger built for desert conditions.

Other services include the implementation of energy saving solutions that can signifi-cantly reduce the energy consumption of residential, commercial or industrial clients. Following an in-depth audit of current energy use, a combination of energy saving measures are put in place. These changes can range from simply implementing LED lighting or

solar PV systems, to installing customised HVAC controls or improving the building’s insulation. Often such retrofits result in massive energy savings, especially on residential blocks and commercial buildings with 24/7 energy requirements. It also provides clients with guarantees on minimum savings, ensuring a safe investment.

TerraStruc also offers financing solutions that are structured according to clients’ needs. Should a client wish to enter into a lease agreement, flexible term agreements are available with attractive buyout options. It also develops projects under Power Purchase Agreements which is fast becoming the arrangement of choice for most medium to large scale projects.

TerraStruc has an in-house team of experienced project managers, engineers, draftsmen and planners providing expert consultation and construction management services, enabling it to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.
