It is with great sadness that we at Peugeot Citroen South Africa mourn the passing of Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.

Madiba’s contribution to South Africa is immeasurable and as a nation we have lost an icon, an inspirational leader, a fighter for freedom, and a man of unquestionable integrity and courage.

Our deepest and sincere condolences go out to his family, friends and all the citizens of South Africa during this difficult time.

In recognition on the life of this great yet humble man, Peugeot Citroën South Africa will start 27 days of remembrance tomorrow.

This is in recognition of his 27 years spent in prison for fighting for the rights of so many in South Africa, and will give all our employees and staff the chance to reflect back on his iconic life.

“He closed his eyes so that we can open ours”

Rest in Peace Madiba
