A rainbow forms beyond a transport helicopter used for transporting mine personnel as it stands on the shores of Lake Bolshoe Toko, near the Elga coal complex, operated by OAO Mechel, in Russia. The Russian government and lenders have been in talks over how to enable Mechel, the nation’s biggest coking coal producer and Russia’s second-most indebted company, to meet its debt obligations.
