Phosa condemns charter tinkering

African National Congress National Executive Committee member Dr Mathews Phosa has stressed the need to stop tinkering with sector charters and instead negotiate them in a manner that creates room for sizeable growth. Mining Weekly editor Martin Creamer joins senior deputy editor Tracy Hancock in studio to discuss this further.
