Custom traffic, safety and commercial signage manufacturer Nameplate Centre provides the necessary visibility signage, safety equipment and branding for the mining, construction, government, metropolitan and municipal sectors in the sub- Saharan Africa region.

Established in May 2013, the company’s product portfolio for the mining industry includes specialised light-duty vehicle (LDV) rebuilds, vehicle reflective products, LED lighting, vehicle safety equipment, and above- and underground signage.

Nameplate Centre’s vehicle branding includes custom design and printing, as well as application magnets. Its vehicle fitment services includes full fatal risk compliance protocol fitment for LDVs, including roll-over bars, tow bars, bull bars, utility boxes, safety equipment and visibility kits. Symbolic safety signs, hazard warning signs and temporary construction signage are some of the many additional services that the company offers.

With a current staff complement of 32, Nameplate Centre is a 60% black-owned Level 3 broad-based black-economic-empower- ment company and boasts a 3 500 m2 manufacturing facility that delivers high-quality products within a committed delivery period.

These facilities include printing equipment, a vehicle fitment centre and a workshop, which provides cutting, application and fully fledged metal and spray capabilities.

These premises are located at 14 Diesel road, Isando, in Kempton Park, South Africa.
