JSE- and Aim-listed Kibo Energy has been granted an extension for the publication of its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2019.

It expects to publish its full-year results on or before September 30.

Further, it will delay the publication of its results for the six months ended June 30 by a month. It intends to file its interim results on or before October 31.

The extension has been granted as a result of the ongoing impact of Covid-19, with stock exchanges giving companies additional time for the audit and preparation of financial reports.
