Hummingbird’s Dugbe project area increases

Aim-listed Hummingbird Resources’ earn-in partner at the Dugbe gold project, in Liberia, Pasofina Gold, has exercised its option to acquire the central licence located and encompassed centrally within the project.

Pasofina has an earn-in option for a 49% economic interest in the Dugbe project once defined feasibility studies and exploration commitments have been met.

Adding the central licence adds an additional 210 km2 to the project’s licence area and forms the core of the southern part of the project. The total area now under licence has, therefore, increased to 2 565 km2.

Hummingbird CEO Dan Betts commented on November 11 that the central licence “represents a significant project enhancement with exceptional prospectively”.
