A leading German company in the field of pumping technology, FELUWA Pumpen GmbH, specialises in the development, design, production, international sale and servicing of pumps for media which contain solid matter and are difficult to handle.

EcoTrans MULTISAFE® Double Hose-Diaphragm Pumps

FELUWA’s unique, patented MULTISAFE® technology with the redundant double hose-diaphragm system guarantees double-secured transport of abrasive, aggressive, highly viscous or toxic fluids.

The EcoTrans MULTISAFE® pump is used for metering and feeding of filter presses, reactors and spray driers. Designed for a flow rate of 2 to 20 m3/h, the pump achieves operating pressures of up to 16 bar. The innovative EcoTrans series offers optimum integration with process control systems and early fault detection, making it ‘Industry 4.0’ ready.

Irrespective of pressure and viscosity, the pump ensures continuous low-wear conveyance with low pulsation. The bypass capacity regulating unit in the hydraulic system allows for flow control without an additional frequency converter.

MULTISAFE® pumps are available in three different sizes, in space and weight-saving designs. A range of durable material is used for fluids of different consistencies and for fluid-wetted parts.

The pressure relief valve is fitted within the hydraulic system to prevent any overload, a safety-critical feature.

The EcoTrans MULTISAFE® pump is readily available, with a delivery time of just two weeks.

Advantages of FELUWA’s EcoTrans MULTISAFE® pump

  • Tried-and-tested technology – reduces maintenance costs and increases pump availability
  • Efficiency – low energy consumption with hydraulic efficiency of up to 98%
  • Maximum availability – low operating and maintenance costs
  • Safety and reliability – maximum protection of equipment and operators
  • Tailor-made frequency converter – allows volume flow to be varied within a large range
  • Hose-diaphragm condition monitoring –for early leak detection
  • FELUWA downflow technology – avoids sedimentation in solid-containing fluids
  • In-built piston compressor – reduces pressure fluctuations and ensures optimum damping
  • Crankshaft coupling – prevents pulsation in the pipe system
