To navigate the Covid-19 pandemic and keep economic activity going ahead of the discovery of a safe vaccine that can be administered on a massive scale, adherence to the ‘Three Cs’ is critical. Besides wearing a mask and practicing hand hygiene, this means avoiding ‘Crowded Places’, ‘Confined Spaces’ and ‘Close Contact’. Allowing taxis to operate at 100% capacity breaches all three Cs and leaves Covid-19 in command of our public transport.
