Aim-listed integrated primary vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals has signed a five-year wage agreement with the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (AMCU).

Under the terms of the agreement, AMCU members who are employed by Bushveld will receive a 7% salary increase in 2023 and about 6.5% thereafter.

The long-term agreement marks a first for the company and is an important step to maintaining operational stability, says CEO Fortune Mojapelo.
