Australian junior to earn into Quebec gold/copper project

Australia-based junior Mont Royal Resources has entered into a joint venture option agreement with TSX-V-listed Azimuth Exploration to earn up to 70% of the Wapatik gold/copper project, in James Bay, Quebec.

The Wapatik project consists of 220 claims totalling 115 km2 in continuous tenure.

Mont Royal said its proposed exploration programme would start immediately following shareholder approval, which should occur in early November.
