Partnership formed to pursue 120-MW Zambia hydropower project

11th June 2010 The Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (Zesco) has forged a joint venture agreement with South Africa-based Tata Africa Holdings for the construction of a $300-million, 120-MW hydropower station at Itezhi-Tezhi, about 260 km south of the Lusaka, the capital city.
