Following a disposal of shares by UBI General Partner, in its capacity as general partner of the African Rainbow Capital Fund, the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) has bought additional shares in building materials, industrial minerals and bulk commodities company Afrimat.
The PIC now holds a 15.55% stake in Afrimat.
UBI General Partner retains a 7.27% stake in Afrimat after the disposal.
