US-based precious metals producer Coeur Mining has sold a portion of the shares that it owns in Yukon-focused Victoria Gold for gross proceeds of C$54.5-million.
The company sold five-million common shares of Victoria at C$10.90 each, reducing its shareholding from 17.3% to 9.5%.
Victoria’s stock on the TSX closed 4.5% down at C$10.40 a share.
