SA gold production fell 3,1% y-on-y in June

South Africa's gold production fell by 12,4% year-on-year in December, while non-gold producers lifted their production by more than 15% in the same period, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) said on Monday. 

SA mining output up 5,8% in 2003

Total mining production in South Africa - the world's largest producer of gold and platinum - rose 5,8% in 2003, Statistics South Africa said on Tuesday. 

Value of S Africa's minerals sales rises
