Diversified explorer Syrah Resources has reached an agreement with ANR Resources to divest of its Saudi Arabian exploration assets for A$800 000. Syrah, through a Saudi Arabian subsidiary, holds 25 exploration licences in Saudi Arabia.21st May 2012
