Vale shuts Sudbury mine, investigations launched after two killed

Two workers were fatally injured on Wednesday night at Vale's Stobie mine in Sudbury, the company said on Thursday. Mine rescue was dispatched to where the employees were working at the 3 000-ft level, but both were pronounced dead at the scene.
